Best High-Paying Freelance Gigs of the Week: July 15, 2019
Happy Prime Day. Are you planning on grabbing some deals over at Amazon? I found a couple deals that would interest writers. This HP printer, for example, is only $19 and this Chromebook laptop is 50% off.
While you’re looking for deals, don’t forget to go gig searching, too. Here’s this week’s work-from-home freelance writing jobs. These gigs pay at least $50 a piece, offer a full-time salary, or pay more than $25 an hour. Each one is labeled as a remote job, virtual job or work-from-home job, which means you can do the work from anywhere.

We’re eager to read essays, articles, and op-eds featuring voices not currently centered in traditional media. We have two verticals on voting rights and criminal justice; while we seek stories that fit into those verticals, we also seek pitches more generally related to Prism’s focus on reflective democracy and spotlighting marginalized voices.
We are eager to read inspiring stories about movement leaders and activists; the intersection of climate justice, gender justice, and social justice; the unique impact current policies have on marginalized people; and other stories from perspectives not typically spotlighted in traditional media. Everything from powerful first-person essays to investigative pieces to analysis is welcome. We are also looking for multiple-story arcs—deep dives that hit and follow a story from multiple angles. No poetry or fiction, please.
